DynaCommerce, provider of omni-channel commerce and order orchestration solutions for telecommunication service providers, media and utilities is partnering with leading IT and business process outsourcing company, CGI, in Poland to jointly deliver digital transformation and omnichannel projects to customers in Poland and the Baltics.
CGI is a leading global information technology, consulting and business process services company. In the partnership CGI provides their System Integration and Solution capabilities with a strong local presence in the markets working with clients on Digital Customer Experience Transformation. DynaCommerce adds Omnius – the flagship product for omni-channel and multi-play commerce solutions for telecommunication and utility service providers, which is proven in Tier 1 customer deployments.
Based on this agreement CGI and DynaCommerce are already actively working on opportunities in the markets, especially addressing Utility Service Providers
Service Providers today are challenged for creating engaging and consistent customer experiences on all sales channels. This is particularly important when offering products that cross lines of business, such as mobile, cable, fixed and value-adding services for Telecommunication or gas and power for Utilities, where digitally transforming IT stacks is often a slow and (unnecessarily) disruptive process.
Iwona Golinska – DynaCommerce, Head of Sales Europe and Jacek Rekos, Director CGI Poland
Rick Centeno, CEO of DynaCommerce:
“We are very excited to work with CGI in bringing our solution to customer and helping them providing a rich customer experience across all channels. Bartlomiej Niescierowicz, Vice president of CGI in Poland
